Hundreds of millions in unallocated fund despite huge demand

Last week, former Wyndham Councillor Aaron An was interviewed by ABC. Mr An stated that local schools are critical for building liveable cities.

More than $368 million in unallocated Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution Fund despite huge demand, including the evidence-supported school in Williams Landing.

Mr An said: "A school (ideally a P-12) in Williams Landing will not only ease the enrollment pressure of schools in surrounding suburbs but also potentially reduce hundreds of cars on the surrounding roads during peak hours."
