I have noticed that the slip lane left-turn red arrow on Palmers Rd before getting on the ramp is always on even when there is no pedestrian/cyclists crossing the road. It seems to be in sync with the northbound red right-turn arrow (Point Cook traffic). Does anyone else find this annoying??
