I discovered this community portal recently and have been keen to jump in. I am a WL resident from Wyndham Waters and has a friend of mine who wants to invest in a retaurant business in the upcoming shopping centre. He would like to know which of the following types of restaurants that residents would like to see appearing. Options below:
1. Italian Steak house/ Pizza type
2. Indian/ Pakistani/ South Asian
3. Middle Eastern/ greek style

If it is good, I don't really mind if it is Italian.. Chinese.. Indian.. Japanese.. Mid East...

Yum Cha would be fantastic, but hope not too expensive.

I have passed the message onto my mate. He said he was thinking more of the Pizza/ Pasta/ Steak Italian restaurant... Have passed on the Yum Cha idea nevertheless.
Good pizza is also good! We love well cooked pizza!
i would love if they got a proper chinese restaurant with yumcha. personally i wouldnt care much for italian,greek,indian etc. since i love my suburb i would prefer premium restaurants only, not crappy places like Viveres in point cook
if you do a google search you will see that most of the restaurants in the area are indian, italian, middle eastern.
Agree, we should aim for more proper restaurants than crappy places.
something we don't already have, and like Uchiha no more bad quality like Point Cook
