Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone's got any info about the supposed town centre that's used in the "master plan" to market the land blocks at a premium prices. When do the buildings actually get built? it does say in their website it's subject to market demand. so are there chances we might not see the town centre built and the remaining land zoned off for residential purposes?
Apart from the apartment buildings, there doesnt seem to be much construction activities. just wondering how the "market demand" is.
Hope it doesn't turn out like the Wyndham waters estate where they got the mcdonalds and red rooster instead of the shopping centre.
also wondering if there's any news on what's going to replace the now closed Masters.
