Nbn in kingwell and elms

Hi there 

 

I was wondering, does anyone know if the entire kingwell estate going to be connected with the nbn network or selected stages only?

 

and if so how long does it take for each stage to have nbn completed 

for example the current phase is stage 9, how long did it took for nbn to complete stage 8?

 

does anyone know?

Accroding to NBN website: http://www.nbnco.com.au/develop-or-plan-with-the-nbn/check-rollout-map.html

The entire Kingwell estate should have NBN, and most are already NBN enabled.

Not sure about Elmstead estate.
