Cedar Woods has finally announced that the shopping centre will start construction in early next year, and the completion is expected to be in earlt 2015.
The Hacer Group has been selected to build the project at a construction cost of $19.7m.
Today, around 1pm to 1:35pm, electricity had been cut off for half a hour in Williams Landing.
This is at least the second time the electricity been cut off without any notice to residents.
Residents are not very happy with how the power company and the city council manage this.

The Williams Landing Boulevard and the sports grounds have done some good progress. The works are expected to be completed by the end of this month or early next month.
The New Bunnings Warehouse on Old Geelong Road has opened last weekend. The size of the store is over 20,000m2 and is the largest in Victoria.
